This position requires a positive, self-motivated, and highly organized individual to manage patient scheduling in addition to general office duties.
The candidate must have strong verbal communication skills, as well as attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
Experience in customer service and handling day to day office tasks.
Basic computer skills are required.
The ideal candidate will be punctual, dependable, self-driven, and have a friendly demeanor.
Responsibilities and Duties Checking in and outpatient for medical appointments.
Acquiring and entering demographics and insurance information.
Collecting co-pays and patient balances.
Maintain a professional appearance.
Creating and updating office documents.
Importing documents into patient charts.
Completing additional projects as needed.
Scanning documents into the EMR system.
Other office and cleaning duties as assigned.
