This position is under the specific supervision of the Utility Billing Supervisor.
This position is responsible for answering and referring all incoming calls on the City's general telephone lines, for greeting visitors to the City's main offices, for responding to inquiries about general information and directions, taking payments, setting up utility accounts, and for performing routine office support functions.
