Job Description
Your Design Guys is a tight-knit family of web designers, developers, copywriters and project managers working together to provide small businesses around the world with beautifully effective websites.
We re looking to expand our team with a designer eager to learn, grow, and collaborate with other designers to bring our clients the best end-product possible.
We work hard, but we also take the time to laugh and have fun together. The environment is relaxed with an office that includes free drinks/snacks, air hockey, a TV/video game lounge, and even a miniature indoor soccer field.
As junior designer, you will collaborate with lead designers and project managers to bring the client s vision to life through their website. Our unique process and tools require little technical knowledge, we are largely looking for someone with a great eye for design and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities
- Match the existing design/graphic styles of established websites and implement those styles throughout unfinished pages of the websites. Creating new graphics matching existing styles where needed.
- Design new landing pages for clients
- Interpret notes from clients regarding edits they would like made to existing designs and implement those changes
- Conduct occasional phone calls with client's to clarify their requests
- Manage task lists and complete tasks in a thorough and timely manner
Qualifications
- Creativity and a great eye for design
- A high level of skill in Adobe Photoshop
- Basic understanding of Adobe Illustrator
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and basic web design principles
- The ability to work with minimal supervision

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
