Description Western Timber Frame is seeking a Sales Manager to join our award winning team.

We are looking for a person who has great people skills to manage our appointment setting team.
This will involve daily communication with sales reps running team meetings and performing personal development interviews with each rep weekly.
Perform initial onboardings of new reps and brief training orientations in the office and the field.
